How to filter data on a page based on another page?

    I have two templates:
    1- city Template
    2- Neighborhood Template

    Here is what I want to achieve:
    In the city template, it will show all the city names from the data, I want it so when a user clicks on one city, it will go to the Neighborhood Template, showing only the neighborhoods in that city only?

    So in short my question is how to filter the Neighborhood Template to show only the data based on the URL which contains the city name?

    is this possible? any other way to achieve this?
