    You are saying that you want to transfer orders that have no products?

    The plugin assumes that you need to have a products to pass the transaction,

    Yes, you must have an item or product to be able to generate an invoice otherwise it will be empty.

    If you have a product on WooCommerce, you need to have the same product on zoho so they can link up to each other. Basically map and sync. I think you are saying that you are trying to send a transaction without an actual order?

    I will connect with our team and have a look at your ticket and we will get back to you shortly. I appreciate your patients. Traditionally, products should be on both WooCommerce and also Zoho. When you created the product, do the SKUS / Names Match across both?

    orders are completed.
