Product Import makes errors

I tried to update my products via the normal products EXPORT/IMPORT function and found that even thow the import was successfully completed, not all products have been updated correctly, for example ID 12229.
The importer tells me that 1.680 products have been updated, but the CSV contains 1688 product IDs.
Also the ID 12202 gets set to out of stock after importing, even though the original export and import file shows a 1 in the “in stock” field.
When i import only the last part of the import file, the products update correctly.
So the Data in the files must be correct, but it seems that the import process stops at some time and creates an error in the product listing.How can that be?
I attached the test files. Does anyone know the issue?
