Forms stopped working since latest update

    Hi,

    since the latest update, all my forms stopped working.
    When a user clicks on submit, the following error appears in the log:

    [30-Mar-2022 06:01:28 UTC] PHP Notice wpdb::prepare was called incorrectly. Unsupported value type (array). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 4.8.2.) in /var/www/virtual/wpwwwdev/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5768

    For testing, I created a new simple form with a checkbox and a submit button which ends up in the same error.
