[NSFW] Categories are not expanded in accordion view

    Hi, love the plugin! I just added 5 categories and dozens of questions then used group shortcodes in a page I’m making in elementor. The problem is, none of questions are listed unless I click the title of the group / category. I don’t want any answers expanded, just the questions under their respective categories. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, will be renewing, as long as I can resolve this little issue which is probably something simple that I overlooked.

  • Hi @happyfungus ,

    You can set the Group Container as “Simple Section With Header” in the Display and Layout mode section (under FAQ settings).

    This should display all the category and the questions that belongs that category.
