Checkout Unavailable! Error

When someone tries to buy a ticket and check out we are getting a message saying:
Checkout Unavailable!
Checkout is not available at this time because a payment method has not been set up for this event. Please notify the site administrator.The link to PayPal is set up and enabled and when I resync the connection I get a message saying:
PayPal access token was refreshed successfully.
PayPal user info was refreshed successfully.
PayPal webhooks refreshed successfully.I have confirmed that the sandbox box is not checked. Any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks!
