Mobile Site Menu Not Showing

I am new here to the community and to WordPress in general.

I’m currently redesigning a template, which I downloaded from Envato Elements (NOT THEME FOREST). My mobile site menu is not appearing not through the editor or when it is published, and I can’t seem to know how to fix this issue. I downloaded the header block correctly through the Elementor header&footer editor. When you open the editor, I can see there is a block for the header menu and its information (size, colors, etc.) but I can’t see anything. It is just a white block.

If anyone can help me, it will be appreciated.

PS. I don’t know how to code.
