Updating Join.chat From 4.3.2 to 4.4.0 button location change not working!

    Hello,

    I’m using your Join.chat plugin with my WP website but I got problem now after Updating Join.chat From version 4.3.2 to version 4.4.0 , the location of whatsapp button on my website frontend changed from left to right even though I set the button to be on the left !!

    The button location is always now on the right and change location in my admin dashboard is not working!

    No matter I select the button location to be left or right, it is not changing the location and is always right!!

    Please help with this issue.

    Nothing has changed in relation to the position of the button.

    Please, if you have a cache plugin, make sure to clear it.

    If you can leave the address of your website we can check it.

    Hello,

    I already cleared the cache and still same WhatsApp. Button remain on the right corner no matter I set it to right or left in the plugin settings in my admin. dashboard !

    Due to privacy of my client, I cannot disclose the website information.

    Please help.

    Do you have any personalisation involved in Joinchat? With any of the Joinchat PHP filters or custom CSS modifying button position?

    Can open an issue in our Chat Support, without the web address we can’t do anything further.

    I have Join.Chat plugin with omnichannel addon and I’m using Whatsapp. & Facebook accounts as channels button.

    other that that nothing!

    Everything was working fine before update to version 4.4.0 and now I saw new update to join chat version 4.4.1 also after updating to the newer version 4.4.1 still the button place is not changing to left, always right.

    Whats the matter I’m not sure

    OK, there was a compatibility issue with our OmniChannel Add-on. but it’s already solved. You only need to update the add-on.
