variable product quantity is 0 in my custom feed

    Hi!
    I have an issue with my feed of my variable products.
    For all products in feed, the quantity is 0 which is not correct.
    I’ve seen this post and my feed is with the include product variations feature enabled.

    Our stock management is on the variable product, and not managed per variation.
    In Woo, for each product we set the stock qtty under inventory menu. We don’t manage the stock per variation, maybe that’s the problem.

    Is there any solution, maybe with custom code filter that the plugin can take the product variable total stock and put that in the product feed?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately there is no solution for this, other than filling in the stock for your variations so our plugin can pick-up on it.

    You can set a static value for your stock quantities though so all your products have the same stock number. Would that be an option for you?

    Hi again and thanks for the reply!
    There is no other way you can think of resolve this issue? As to use static value as you suggested is unfortunately can’t be our resolution, as we have hundreds of products with different stock levels.

    Maybe a code snippet to add to functions.php to override the quantity field of the plugin and use the variable product stock qtty value instead?

    Hi Ofir,

    Unfortunately there is no other option available. It is not possible to use a hook / piece of code in your functions.php to override the quantities.
