    Hi @r1cfin,

I noticed that you have a page caching plugin installed on your website (WP Super Cache) so what you’re seeing now is a cached version of your popular posts list. That’s why none of the changes you’re applying to your Popular Posts widget (enabling / disabling thumbnails, enabling / disabling author links, etc.) are being reflected your popular posts list.

    So:

    1. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools.
    2. Under Data, set Ajaxify widget to Enabled, then click on the Apply button below to save changes.
    3. Finally, clear your site’s page cache for changes to take effect.

Hi, thanks for reply. I already tried your Ajaxify setting on. But still no changes at all. Now i tried to rollback some plugins that i make before it happen but still no good news.

    Thanks

Yes, I can see that your popular posts list is being loaded via AJAX so that’s good.

Next, to have your popular posts display thumbnails again please make sure that the “Display post thumbnail” option is actually enabled:

    1. Go to Appearance > Widgets > [Your Sidebar] > WordPress Popular Posts.
    2. Under Posts settings, find the “Display post thumbnail” checkbox and check it (enable it).
    3. Save changes.
    4. Go back and make sure that the thumbnail is configured as expected (size, etc).
    5. Save changes again if needed.

Also, if you don’t want to show the name of the author of each post then please also make sure that the “Display author” checkbox is unchecked.
