Pre sale question

I have woocomerce store, I need to create a referral program which gives a free product to affiliate member and a 10% discount to referee (Customer). Referrer (Affiliate) will send a specific referral code to referee (Customer) who will hopefully use code that gets them a 10% discount.

Affiliate will get free product points Customer will get 10% discount

Is it possible if i purchase this plugin?
