upload images dropdown display problem

    I have the problem with the upload pop-up.
    So when I clicked on the upload button in user account either profile images or cover image, it will show my local but the pop-up is too low it covered the ‘apply’ button so I cannot clicked it. The upload button is still showing and it will open my local but the image is not uploaded as well.

    So far I tried:
    1. clear the browser cache
    2. try different browser
    3. reinstall the theme (this is custom theme)
    4. change php version (checking gd and imagick files too)
    5. reinstall the plugin

    but to no avail. So I don’t know.
