Service Links not working

In the service section where you see the two boxes, one says how can a virtual assistant benefit my business and the other says services on offer, both of those I was able to click on the icons and it would go to two different pages on my website. Neither links seem to work now yet the links have not changed. The links are in the service setting box under service links. Anyone have any idea on this please?
