Reply with a comment or text file to uploaded documents

  • Hello,
    I’m using WPForms today for users to upload documents on my webpage but I have a problem where I as administrator want to give people feedback on those uploaded documents. For example, a user uploads bloodworks or the result of a testosterone test being done at a hospital or a health center and I as administrator want to be able to read those documents and reply with an analysis in form of a text document.

    As I stated earlier, i’m using WPForms for the upload part but I can’t find a solution for the connection to a database of some sort where the administrator can read these and then upload a text document with the analysis to the customers account.

    Does anyone have a solution or thoughts?

    It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
