Me han desaparecido páginas al instalar la versión 5.9.2

Hola,
he leído varios post sobre esto pero no logro solucionarlo.
No tengo acceso FTP.
Al instalar la actualización se me han borrado todos los archivos de 2018 o no se ven y me ha cambiado la página de inicio (las demás están bien).Me pone que puedo actualizar el tema pero me da miedo de perder todo.
He intentando instalar varios plugins xa hacer copias y me da error “Instalación fallida: No ha sido posible crear el directorio”.
y al crear una nueva página para sustituir la de inicio me dice “La copia de seguridad de esta entrada en tu navegador es diferente de la siguiente versión.
” y “Restaurar la copia de seguridad”. Esto me hará volver a los últimos archivos?Gracias

Restoring from a backup will revert any current content back to a version previously saved. This may or may not be what you want. Click the “Revisions” item in the page’s settings in the page editor. You can then compare versions and decide if you want to revert or not.
Altering theme files wouldn’t affect the page’s actual content because content is stored in the database. However, the page’s appearance could be altered due to theme file changes. If your front page uses a different template than default, it may be necessary to re-specify which template to use in page attributes settings. If there is no template selection field, there are no alternative templates.
In a similar vein, you may need to re-specify that WP use a specific page for the front page in reading settings.
