[Plugin: Page Management Dropdown] [WP 3.0] Broken: Admin URLs have changed

This plugin is broken due to the following admin URLs being changed:
- edit-pages.php is now edit.php?post_type=page
- page.php is now post.php
Correcting the URLs in the plugin file fixed the problem.
