    Hi Support Team,

I registred an account for mailpoet on my new website https://mediforlife.com/
The license key I got is not valid for mailpoet premium.

    Hi there @preymann,

I see that you have one of our “Starter – 1,000” plans active on that site.

Our free Starter plans include sending via our MailPoet Sending Service for up to 1000 subscribers and 5000 emails/month, however do not include access to the Premium/Advanced features.

We previously had a “Free Premium” plan, however that plan has been retired and is no longer available for new registrations. There’s more information about this in our blog post here about the Plan changes that went into effect on March 1st:
    https://www.mailpoet.com/blog/introducing-new-mailpoet-plans-and-pricing-changes/

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

Of course, feel free to reach out to us at any time if you need further assistance or you have other questions and we’d be happy to help.

    Have a great day!
