Multisite-Login Security not showing on the child site

I only see the “Login Security” on the left pane after I go to the network area: wp-admin/network/. But I don’t see the “Login Security” when I go to a child site’s dashboard.

I’m using the Wordfence Login Security plugin version 1.0.9., and I network activated this plugin. Is there anything I need to do to make it available to the child site’s users?
