• Don’t download and certainly don’t purchase. The availability calendars used to search/book open dates don’t work.

I have been using WP since 2009. I am an experienced user and have developed four websites based on the WP platform. This is my first 1 star review.

I configured this plugin for a single Airbnb “accommodation.” This plugin is somewhat difficult to configure (the menu is not well-designed and the creation of “accommodations” is not intuitive or well-documented within the plugin’s various pages).

Nonetheless, I finally configured the single accommodation correctly (took 2-3 hours). I installed the plugin’s “Calendar search” widget on the homepage. It allows users to “check availability.” There is also a “Booking” link to a DIFFERENT calendar (why?). After a recent plugin “update,” the calendars stopped showing available dates correctly. The Check Availability and Booking calendars showed DIFFERENT available dates. However, virtually all dates were shown as *unavailable* when the dates were, in fact, open for booking.

I contacted support. To this developer’s credit, I got an email back within 24 hours. The tech support, however, was absolutely useless. Either the individual whom I worked with has no idea how the plugin works, or he/she was trying to hide the fact that the plugin’s calendars had stopped functioning. The tech rep suggested the “problem” was that there were too many dates blocked out in the Booking Rules section. WHAT?!? Of course there were dates blocked out manually–those are reservations taken through Airbnb and VRBO.

I deleted all of the booking blocks (dates) and the error persisted.
I disabled every plugin but this one and the error persisted.
I upgraded to the most recent and downgraded to previous versions of the plugin and the error persisted.
I upgraded and downgraded versions of WP and the error persisted.

The rep eventually admitted the plugin calendars are plagued by a bug.

  • Hello I too had a problem with the update of the database and no solution.
Have you found a plugin that meets your expectations.
    Cordially
