    Hi there,

    thanks for contacting us.
In htis case the only solution is to order the terms in the admin area if possible, for WordPress each term is a string not a number.

You can reorder the terms in the admin area of course, look this screenshot please.

    I’m sorry.

Unfortunately select filter ignores our admin area sorting and goes by alphabetical.

Are you using the FREE version of ajax product filter, right? Could you share a couple of screenshot with us abot filters configuration?

Yes, free version. We would gladly upgrade if it will solve the problem. Here are some screenshots: Filter config, woocommerce terms sorted, filter frontend
    Thank you in advance

    Hi there,

can you do a little test creating attributes as “Name(numeric)” like we show in this screenshot?

This depends on WooCommerce and it should order them correctly.

    Let us know.

Hi! Terms in backend are being sorted the right way. Using Name(numeric) or not. For example if I don’t use auto-populate, and add all terms with ‘Add all’ button, I get correct term sequence. See here, but frontend is still the same
And yes, I tried clearing cache ??

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, the option to change the sorting of the terms is not included in the free version. The only sorting available for the filter is by name (string), which works as you can see in your frontend.

If you want to use different sorting methods for the terms of the filters, it would be needed to upgrade to the premium version, which has different methods of sorting. Please check it in our website.

    Have a great day.
