Gift card amount appear on the bill

  • Hi,

    I have problem with yith woo gift card plugin. (free version)
    When custumer use the gift card in my webshop, the amount of the gift card will be deducted from the price but will be shown on the invoice after payment.
    I use billingo plugin for billing.

    Could you help me what is the problem?

    What you want is that the reduced price appears on the invoice or that it appears that a gift card was used? In any of the cases you should contact the support of said plugin since they are the ones in charge of printing the information in the billing but if you explain better what you want maybe we can help by providing some information.
