Shipping Price Setup

    I have set up a shipping cost but on the cart page in my store, it provides the option of calculate shipping and upon entering the address, it doesn’t do anything.

    Is it a cache problem or something else?

    When I enter an address in the cart, it processes it and takes me to the same page.

    Hi @noshad19,

    Thanks for sending the screenshots. Everything seems to be correctly set, so this can be a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Check if the shipping fee is being applied

      • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

    Thanks for your repsonse. I disabled all the plugins got the same result but when I changed my theme to Storefront, I got it working.

    So, I don’t want to change my theme because I have put a lot of efforts in making this store. How do I make it work? I am using Divi theme
