Is thank you page permanent

Can you share with us how are you adding a Thank you page to your store?

Usually, the users add it using a plugin or with a custom code, and add something like: “Thanks for shopping with us!” So it’s usually a static page with no purchase details.

If applicable, a screenshot is always helpful to better visualize it!

Hello Andre!

The site I am referring to is a booking site(no account is created after the purchase). Therefore i thought i could use the uniqeness of the thank you page in order for the user to submit a form with some dates/name/ID number or whatever else necessary as well as thanking him for the order, like you mentioned.

The way i am designing the page is with Elementor and the plugin that connects the page is WooJetBuilder by crocoblock.

Below you will also find a screenshot of the structure.
So my question is, can a customer access the page(which will be sent to his email) on a later period to fill the form and any other details? For how long will this be available.?

If I understood correctly, you are referring to a page like this one: https://woocommercebookings.pluginhive.com/checkout/order-received/25842?key=wc_order_9C5wLFQFE07S8

This is from the demo site of the plugin you’re using for managing the bookings (Bookings and Appointments For WooCommerce Premium: by PluginHive).

That WooCommerce page is being dynamically generated, it is not permanent. It’s just fetching the details for the order included in the URL. The URL should always work, but there isn’t a static page behind each order.

Customizing the order-received page is not a WooCommerce core feature, so it would require additional plugins or custom code – which is outside our scope of support here in the forum.

Thank you for the reply. I have no problem in modifying the thank you page.
The question that i had is if the thank you page will be accessible in the future or if it is automatically deleted. The answer to that as i understand is that the thank you page is accessible via the URL only and it not deleted.
