Filter by Brand stopped working

  • Hi, when I filter by any brand doesn’t show the products. when I add new products it shows but the order products that have been added before doesn’t come up.please advice.
    I contacted the theme support the advice the below but didn’t work

    I check your site and see you enable loadmore pagination it will not
loaded all products so when you filter can't work.

Please go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings and
change pagination to "Number"

    Hi there,

    thanks for contacting us. The issue I think the theme author are right, but probably we can try to fix it because, in my opinion, we simply need to init again the load more after a filter was applied.

    We have a trigger called yith-wcan-ajax-filtered triggered after a filter was applied, the theme author can use this to reinit the load more feature.

    We discuss a similar case here

    I think that is something that we can solve in general because the problem is that I don’t know how the theme works and the theme author don0t know how our plugin works.

    In my opinion, with this trigger yith-wcan-ajax-filtered the theme author can find a way to add the compatibility

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry but storefront haven’t this option Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings and the plugin works fine on storefront theme.
    Look this screenshot, please:

    this is the storefront theme options and there are no option for Product Listing Settings
