    I am testing your plugin on our test site – but I can’t start a scan – I am logged into your system but it just stays stuck in a loop of asking me to verify my email.

    Any clues?

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    The Cookie scanner of our plugin requires to be connected with the CookieYes server to perform a scan. Therefore, you require a credential to log in.

    If you are using the plugin for the first time a verification mail will be sent to your given mail Id. Please check your spam mail as well for the mail and verify the mail ID. Then you will be able to log in.

    If you have already verified and the password is incorrect. In the modal for inputting login credentials to the footer, there is a link named ‘Reset password’. Please click on it and you will receive a password reset mail in the given mail ID. Change your password using the link and try to initiate a cookie scan using the new password.
