Redirect to Install?

So I’m having a problem with my wordpress address (safeandwet.com/safeandwetwp) redirecting to the wordpress 5 minute install screen (https://safeandwet.com/safeandwetwp/wp-admin/install.php) its weird because its on and off sometimes ill get it sometimes I wont, which makes me think it is a host issue, but just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts. Thanks!
