order custom status (eg : partial payments)

    hi
    is it possible to enable conversion tracking on custom order statuses?
    For example, some plugins (woocommerce deposits) uses custom status when an order received a partial payment.
    these partial payments dont seem to trigger the pixel.

    Hi @anheco

    We’ve not tested it specifically with the WooCommerce Deposits plugin yet. So I’m not sure what causes the problem.

    Normally the purchase pixels always trigger on a regular purchase confirmation page. It doesn’t matter what the status is.

    To exclude that it might not be some other reason why it doesn’t work, could you please send us the debug information from the support page of the plugin to [email protected]?
