Problem with subscription users

    Hello,

    When a subscription user try open ticket show this message.

    Lo sentimos, el personal de soporte no puede enviar tiques desde aquí.

    Why suscription user is support personal. Where change it. I don′t know…

    In user role plugin I don′t find the option. I change see the same capabilities as customer..

    Can you help me?
