Authorize not support GA4 ?

I am also wondering if you’re going to include the new GA4 tags, which will be required next year and the old ones phased out.

And if not, what alternative do we have?

The only thing is that I’m a bit hesitant to use a plugin with almost no users or that’s not hosted on the WordPress website, like the link you sent.
