The Server Cannot Process the Image

I am trying to upload a small SVG to the media library and am getting this error:

The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.

The images is MUCH smaller than that.

Using PHP 8.0.

I logged into the GoDaddy cPanel and went to Select PHP. I upped the memory limit to 512MB from 256MB. I doubled the POST size and refreshed all pages, even tried it in an Incognito window. Still the same message.

Using Elementor 3.5.6 with the Hello Elementor Theme 2.5.0

Am using SVG Support v2.4.2 by Benbodhi.
Sanitizer is turned on. Restricted to Administrator of which I am one.
Advanced Mode is on.
Output JS in Footer is on.
That’s it.

Please help.
