I am running the most recent version of the plugin, 1.07, updated in February.

I have not made any product additions in the last month. The number of products in the XML feed generated by the plugin has consistently been 442. Recently, the number pulled by Pinterest varies on some days, as shown in the plugin. For today, it says “Automatically pulled by Pinterest ? Last pulled: 8 hours ago, containing 415 products”. I validated on Pinterest that there are only 415 products in the catalog

Again, there have not been changes in a month, other than update the plugin. Here are a numbers pulled daily to Pinterest out of the 442 in the XML feed. Last time the full 447 products were pulled by Pinterest was on 3/2.

    3/9 415
    3/8 415
    3/7 427
    3/6 373
    3/5 373
    3/4 426
    3/3 426
    3/2 447

I downloaded the XML feed from the plugin and also from Pinterest. I compared the 2 files and they are the same.

    Hey @cutty3d ,

    Hope you are doing well!

Could be related that some products went “out of stock”?

    Christian,
No changes to stock. They are virtual digital products. I have an account at woocomerce.com. I will open a support inquiry there. I have been monitoring the issue hoping it would clear itself.

    Thank you.

@cutty3d I see the same in my datafeed, similar to you all digital products, it looks like it is a “Pinterest” thing, how they sort “new, popular, all products” if you go to Catalog and View Product Groups under All Products is the total number correct?

If so, I would not worry about it what it says in the feed, not sure why Pinterest does not pull everything everyday.

@xolite, I thought the same thing. On Pinterest, under All Products, it had 442 products as the count. I opened that view and manually counted the products by counting the rows. There were only 415 showing under the All Products view. On a side note, I noticed that it does say under the plugin that 415 were synced and 27 were not. Looking at the XML file, no products look different. It may be how one of my products are named. I will have to check, when I have a few spare moments. I am right in a middle of a product launch.

@cutty3d Some days Pinterest pulls all my products and other days they short them by over 100 not synced. Popular, New Products updates randomly as well, this is why I think it has to do with how the tags work and how they populate the product feed.

As long as they can read the feed, my prices are showing up and I am not getting errors I let them do their thing lol. Good luck with your product launch! ??

    Hey @xolite @cutty3d

There was a problem on Pinterest side when they index the products. They already should fix that problem.

    LEt em know.
    Best,
    Christian
