I’m not sure if it’s an updated version of ElementsKit or Elementor or what. But there is a conflict somewhere. My site no longer shows a responsive layout.

    Here are things I tried:
    – I disabled the experiment for custom breakpoints. I made it active. Neither worked.
    – I enabled all experiments. I disabled all experiments. Neither worked.
    – I made every section and inner section full-width.
    – I played around with paddings on the Header/Footer elements I built in ElementsKit. Nothing worked.
    – Set site width in Elementor Settings to 960px to match what the theme says the site width is. Didn’t work. (The theme is UDesign.)

The only way I get the site to load responsively is by doing one of these things:
    – Deactivating ElementsKit
    – Leaving ElementsKit active but deactivating the Header Template I created in ElementsKit.
    – Deactivating Elementor (which renders ElementsKit useless).
    – Changing theme to Twenty Twenty-two.

All of this used to work when I launched the site a few months ago. I just now realized it no longer looks good in mobile.

I don’t see any CSS that has @media width instructions.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi @ratherthanrunning ,

Thanks for sharing your details investigation report. From your investigation it seems the issue is coming from your third party theme (UDesign). The issue may happen due to the Header Footer Builder of ElementsKit.

When you use ElementsKit’s Header Footer builder for your header/footer then it will completely override the theme’s header.php and footer.php file with ElementsKit’s custom header/footer which you built with Elementor editor. So, if your theme has any required custom code for the responsive layout inside the header.php/footer.php file then this issue may happen.

So, try to disable the Header Footer Builder of ElementsKit and if that solves the issue then the issue is what I have said earlier. Let me know your valuable inspection.

    Regards,
    Benjir
