    Hello,

    I got a webshop with an intergration to my suplier.
    now i dit a database update because it ask me to.
    after the update mine connection with the suplier website is gone.

    how can i restore this?

    Hi @shew86,

    Have you already contacted your supplier to check what could be the reason why their integration is no longer connected after the WooCommerce DB update?

    It may be that fixes need to be made to their integration so the first step here will be getting feedback from them.

    I asked them im stil waiting for a reply.

    I do notice that at my hosting the database log show 401 errors now
    like this:

    GET /wp-json/wc/v1/products?per_page=26&page=1&consumer_key=ck_*****************************&consumer_secret=cs_******************* HTTP/1.1

    I removed my keys with a “*”

    I’m sorry to hear about this error.

    To check much better, please provide:

    • A copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?
    • Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    So i must apologize.

    i got my website on private at my web hosting.
    Because i let users test my website.
    i totaly forgot about that part and that’s why i got a 401.

    sorry its my first webshop with wordpress.
    im learning.
