Featured Image showing twice on Members page

Hello. I have removed images on the Member Gallery and have uploaded only one photo in the Featured image on the Members Page but it shows up twice on the Members Page post –?one shows up after the name of the member and the second one is inside the Member Information box above the Full Name. This is the case for all of our Members Page posts. What to do so it only shows one?
