Products missing

This is weird. Maybe the language information was missing for the products.

Regarding this:

“after installing of plugin all products are missing now”, please try the following:
– Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and click on “Set Language Information”

Regarding: “Plugin is deleted but flags still show on products table”
To completely remove WPML, please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and click on “Reset and deactivate WPML”

PS: Please make a database backup first, so you cna revert if needed.

Hi, i find what was the reason , my customer use older version on WPML , it is Version 4.3.11

can you advise which version of your plugin is compatible with this WPML version?

In this case we recommend to update WPML to v. 4.5.5, WPML String Translator to v 3.2.1 and then use it with WCML v 4.12.6

i must use oldest one

In this case they can try using WCML version 4.11.4

Sorry, the correct WCML version is 4.8.0 (WPML 4.3.11 was released on March 2020 and WCML 4.8.0 was released on March 23, 2020, so they should be compatible with each other). But please note that I’m not sure of which woocommerce version is the compatible one.

Please also note that we do not recommend to use outdated versions, and we can’t also provide support in this case.
