Probably the best developer response ever

I had a need to contact the developer of this awesome app to address some conflicts I had with existing plugins after a major upgrade.

Not only did Daan take the time to understand the issues, reply quickly to my support emails and rapidly update the plugin to fix some issues identified after an update, he even logged onto my WordPress site (with admin access I provided) to review and fix some configuration issues I’d introduced myself outside of the plugin’s settings.

If I could give 10 stars I would – what a great level of support to paid customers.
