How to put home url in new wp_nav_menu?

Hi,
Anyone knows how I can put a section called Home in new wp_nav_menu template tag but in functions.php? I tried with functions of twentyten theme but don’t work.

function twentyten_page_menu_args( $args ) {
	$args['show_home'] = true;
	return $args;
}
add_filter( 'wp_page_menu_args', 'twentyten_page_menu_args' );?>
