I have a multisite wordpress site. I want to move the listings from one subdomain to other( like from site1 to site2 ) Is it possible to move the data? Provide some methods and hooks that will be useful for this.

Also I want to show “author profile” in the user profile section in site2. But the listings are in site1. Is it possible to get the data using ajax or some other method?

    Hey @aravind21,

If you want to move listing data from one site to another, you can use our built-in import/export tool. Just head over to Directory Listings > Settings > Tools > Listings Import/Export to access it.
If you want to import/export the settings, we also have a tool for that and it can be accessed from Directory Listings > Settings > Tools > Settings Import/Export.
You might want to import/export the directory data as well, you can do it from Directory Listings > Directory Builder > Edit > General – scroll to the bottom (make sure you’ve multi-directory turned on for importing).
In these ways, you can import/export all the data that your directory has. Other than that, it won’t be possible to show the Author Profile on the second site but keep the listings on the first site because they both use different databases.

I have already done that. But, after the import in other site, the time when listing created became the current time and the author for all the listings changed to the currently loggedin admins username. The views of the listings changed to zero. I want to move the data of author, date created and no.of views of the listing. How can I do that ? Is there any inbuilt functionality to import them?

    Hi @aravind21,

In that case, you can use a plugin called Duplicator to move all the data. Otherwise, to import/export data that isn’t already on the Import/Export Tool of Directorist, it’ll require some custom development.

    Mahdi.
