Points Per Currency Conversion Not Working Correctly

    Greetings, Hope you are all well !

    I am facing an issue regarding the Points and Rewards Plugin.
    The issue is regarding the Per $Points Conversion, I have defined the Per $Points Conversion as 1 Point = $0.25. See this image for reference: https://postimg.cc/gLLRFvzQ

    But on the Site, when you register as a Customer and go on to Products to Cart and on the Cart page when you define the Point and then click on Apply Points. The Points applied is always $1.00 whereas, we have defined the 1 Point = $0.25 in Settings. See this image for reference: https://postimg.cc/6y92hJRF

    Can you please check this issue and assist in this regard?

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    In reference to your query, please note that the screenshot which you had shared is for “Earn Points Per Currency Settings” which means when a customer will make a purchase from your site how many points do (on the basis of conversion rate) you want to reward to the customer.

    And regarding your second query, the cart discount depends upon the “redemption settings” under the general tab. Please check the redemption settings and check what conversion rate you have set.

    Note: Currently, our plugin doesn’t work with decimal values.
    But alternative way is you can set 4 Point = 1$ both setting refer the same thing.
