Link dialog not appearing

  • Trying to insert a link in a post and the link dialog refuses to show up. I’ve tried under both Firefox and Opera, rebooted my system, turned off all my plugins and searched for log files. I’m out of guesses.

    enabled Firebug, tried to insert a link. Got the following in the console

    tinyMCEPopup is not defined
    var themeBaseURL = tinyMCEPopup.editor.baseURI.toAbsolute('themes/' + tinyMCEPopup.getParam("theme"));

    and

    tinyMCEPopup is not defined
    1tinyMCEPopup.requireLangPack();

    I don’t get a pop-up dialog. I get an addition to the “edit” page at the bottom of the page which disappears after I do the Insert. Not really right but workable.
