Gray line in header since plugin update

Since the penultimate update, there is a wide gray line in the header of the website. In addition, the stored favicon is no longer displayed, but the standard WordPress favicon. As soon as you deactivate the consentmanager plugin, everything is displayed correctly. This ensures that the error comes from this plugin. Is there a solution for this?
