    Hello,
I have constructed an LMS using LearnDash. The learning material includes video content hosted by Vimeo. When a user has viewed the video, a “Mark Complete” button changes from grey (inactive) to green (active) – the user must click it in order to progress.

After installing Complianz, I noticed the “Mark Complete” no longer turns green. The User is unable to progress.

If I disable the Complianz plugin, this problem disappears.

Is this due to some of the options that are selected when installing the plugin?

Please note the link I have given only works for logged in users and I have disabled the plugin so users can continue to use the site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You can try to disable all integrations you have enabled one by one in Complianz/integrations until it starts working again.

That will tell us where the problem is.

    Hello Rogier.

I re-activate Complianz and the conflict returns – as expected. An interesting issue because the video plays perfectly well.. only the logic that LearnDash uses to detect the end of the video no longer works.

Following your advice, I disable the Vimeo service (I chose that one first because it seemed the logical place to start) and the conflict no longer manifests.. normal function returns.

    Thank you for your suggestion

    Steve
