    Hello!

    We are having a strange problem. In our webshop, all purchased subscriptions get cancelled automaticly after the customer has paid. This does not happen to other orders, only subscription orders. Is there anything I can do to fix this? We are using Stripe as a payment option.

    Please make sure the order is paid and the status is completed, also if further any issue then please make a short video of the process and kindly share with us, if possible please let us know that which stripe plugin you’re using as a payment gateway so that we can check and help you accordingly.

    Hello!

    The orders are paid and marked as processing, but after the money has left the buyers account it is marked as cancelled automaticly, which takes them of the list entirely. We are using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin to use Stripe on our website.

    Please check is there any third-party plugin installed on your site that might be creating a conflict with the plugin.
    Try deactivating the third-party plugin (if any) and run a test again.
