    Hello,

    Whenever i update something in my website then its not taking effect at all such as content, category, ads, menu nothing in desktop and mobile. I even use the AMP version for mobile but still no changes. So, how can i solve that issue.

    Any suggestion for that.

    Thanks for contacting us; if you are looking at your website from Google search, you possibly are seeing the AMP-cached version, but if it is from direct traffic, it is not normal. If you could share your UUID, I can do further investigation.

    I’m currently seeing an issue whenever I search my website from Google whether it’s on mobile, desktop as well as incognito. But there is no issue when I’m inside my dashboard and access my site from it. I can see the changes or update on my site.

    Therefore, should I clear the website cache data entirely? Besides, I’ve cleared my browser cache but still the same thing. So…

    Moreover, here is support UUID “ampwp-58d1245a-95d2-529f-b89d-c664d81aba87”.

    Hi @sevenstar8,

    I saw that you are using, I would check the cache with LiteSpeed Cache, how the plugin is handling the cache. On the AMP side looks ok, I would force clean the cache with the cache plugin.

    The issue was from the ezoic side after contacting with their support team yesterday. So, now the amp problem has been resolved and you can close this forum.
