    Hello MailPoet team
    I wanted to point out a possible improvement in the migration script.
    I used it today on a site and it did not modify the special MailPoet page in the database (post_type and post_content).
    Therefore, after the migration, the automatic links (e.g. activation link) were sending to a 404 error page.

  • Hi there @etisse,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We’ve seen a couple of reports like yours, however, we couldn’t replicate it on our end. It seems like it only appears in certain environments.

    Typically, we recommend the following steps in this case:

    1. Go to the WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click on the “Save Changes” button to update your permalinks;
    2. Go to MailPoet > Settings > Basics tab and select a different page as the Confirmation/Success/Manage Subscription page;
    3. Save changes;
    4. Set the pages back to the MailPoet page;
    5. Save changes.

    Let me know if it helps!

    Hi there @etisse,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
