1. To send an email to the review author after their review has been approved:

This will also be possible to do with the Review Notifications add-on once it’s out of beta testing.

2. This is not yet possible. However, the feature is planned for a future add-on. See: https://github.com/pryley/site-reviews/blob/master/ROADMAP.md

Thank you for the response, it wasn’t the author of the review I wanted to notify.

I have posts of all golf courses (seperatley) across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island but every course has its own email, they’ve said that whenever a golfer posts a review on their course and my admin team approves it and it goes live. They want a notification so they can keep track and stay up to date.
