Blanking out certain times/days

Hi there

I am using the Business Small version of the booking form on our tennis club’s website and it works perfectly. I was just wondering if there was a way of making certain times on certain days unavailable from the admin end. What I mean is that, for example, every Wednesday 4-8 pm is coaching. Is there a way of making that time unavailable in the booking form for every Wednesday without having to manually book it in the booking form? If that option is not possible in the Business Small version, is it available in the more expensive versions?
