When renaming the first image of the page to : neurinoma-acoustic-scheme-cut-coronal-673 425.jpg
It does not put the acoustic accent, despite not having in the settings enabled the box to remove accents.

I’ll check this as soon as possible, I’ll let you know if an update is required.

I released version 3.5.1 that changes a little the setting page adding an integrity check because there was a tricky combination of options that generated the issue you reported.

The option “sanitize filenames” also removes the accents (due to WordPress core function that sanitize filenames): now you can’t disable “remove accent” if the option “sanitize filenames” is active.

I hope the new settings page helps avoid this kind of misunderstanding.
