Change text of [bookingselect label]

    Hi, where can I change the ‘Please Select’ text of the [bookingselect label] please. I would like to change it to ‘Choose court’. I know I can do [bookingselect label=’Choose court’] but that merely adds the ‘Choose court’ text before the label – same as here. I want it to replace the text inside the label. Is that possible?
