    Hi there @frankhuettner-1,

Thank you for reaching out, however I’m not sure I completely understand what you are referring to.

The string you mentioned — “Need to change your email address? Unsubscribe using the form below, then simply sign up again.” — would appear on the Manage Your Subscription page. Do you mean that this string is appearing on your site though the rest of the site is in German?

In your admin dashboard, under Dashboard > Updates, do you see an option at the bottom of the page to download additional Translations? If so, please run the update.

Also, please ensure you are on the latest version of the MailPoet plugin itself.

If you are still having issues, please send the URL to a subscription form on your site where we can test a sign-up and view the manage subscription page.

    Hi @kellymetal,

    >> Do you mean that this string is appearing on your site though the rest of the site is in German? => Yes

Everything is on the latest version. The languages are also up to date.

    Hi there,

Thank you for confirming that and sending the URL.

It appears that string is relatively new, and may not have a German translation added to the translation files yet.

However, I see it is available for translation via Loco Translate:

    Hi there,

the string is included in the current German translation (https://prnt.sc/ICKohe_riSwU). What else can I do?

    Hi there @frankhuettner-1 ,

Thank you for your patience here! I think I’ve figured out what is going on here.

After switching my site to German, and syncing my translation template in Loco Translate, I noticed that string was showing this little cloud icon and a goldish-brownish color:

    fuzzy translation

From the Loco Docs, I see that means the following:
    https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/editor

The button with the cloud icon toggles the Fuzzy state of a completed translation. The same function can be performed by pressing Ctrl-U on your keyboard. Fuzzy strings are those that may be incorrect and are waiting for a translator to review them. They may not appear on your website’s front end depending on your compilation settings.

I tried hitting this “Fuzzy mode” button next to the translation, then Saved the translation:
    fuzzy mode

That seems to have switched it from “fuzzy” state (awaiting verification from a translator) to approved (just on your site). Now, I see that it’s showing the translated string on the frontend of my site:

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
